Symmetry activities for 5th 6th grade math
Polygons and Symmetry Playing with Polygons is a set of common core aligned polygon activities that define polygons as well as work with patterns and symmetry. Student-tested and approved, this is a fun way to explore polygons, pattern and symmetry with your students.
This 5th/6th grade geometry resource includes:
- 3 45-minute lessons including adaptations to complete the entire set of activities at a math center
- Ready-to-use student handouts
- A complete list of materials
- Sample student work and answer key.
